What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For stock grades, the MOQ is typically 500 kg (one pallet). For custom compounded grades, the MOQ is usually 1–2 metric tons depending on the formulation. Trial orders below MOQ can be discussed case by case.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. We provide free samples (typically 500 g per grade) for evaluation. Samples themselves are free; international courier freight is collect (freight collect via your DHL/FedEx/UPS account, or we can quote freight for you).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) — typically 30% deposit with balance against B/L copy — and L/C at sight for larger orders. Other terms can be discussed for established customers.
How long is the lead time?
Stock grades ship within 1–2 weeks after order confirmation. Custom compounded grades typically require 3–4 weeks including production scheduling and pre-shipment documentation.
Do you provide TDS, COA, and MSDS documents?
Yes. Every grade comes with a Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS). Every shipped batch is accompanied by a batch-level Certificate of Analysis (COA). Third-party testing (SGS/BV) is available on request.
Which Incoterms do you support?
We support FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP. Sea freight is standard for commercial volumes; air freight is available for samples and urgent orders.
What is the minimum packaging unit?
The standard minimum packaging is a 25 kg bag. Jumbo bags (500–1000 kg) and palletized loads are available for bulk orders. Custom labeling and neutral packaging can be arranged.
